Convert Quote to Invoice
1. Navigate to Quotes
From the left navigation menu, go to Sales → Quotes.
2. Open the Quote
• Locate the quotation you want to convert and open its details.
3. Review the Quote
• Verify that the customer details, quotation items, pricing, taxes, and total amount are correct before conversion.
• Once the quote is accepted, it will show the convert to invoice option.
4. Click Convert to Invoice
• On the right-hand panel, click the Convert to Invoice button.
5. Review the Invoice Details
• SmartLedger.ai automatically creates a new invoice using the quotation details. Review the generated invoice and make any required changes before saving.
6. Save the Invoice
• Click Convert to Invoice to complete the conversion.
