Every conversation with Smart Auditor is saved as a chat, so you can come back to an answer or carry on where you left off. Smart Auditor gives each chat a title automatically. You can rename, pin, archive or delete chats from the sidebar or from the Chats page.
The Smart Auditor panel
Click Smart Auditor in the sidebar to open its panel:
- New chat — starts a fresh conversation.
- Search chats — finds a chat by its title, by words in its messages, or by WhatsApp number. Press Enter to open the highlighted result.
- Scheduled — expands to show your scheduled checks and All schedules.
- WhatsApp chats — questions you've asked Smart Auditor on WhatsApp.
- Pinned and Recents — your pinned chats and latest chats. Click one to open it.
- View all chats — opens the Chats page with every chat.
Rename, pin, archive or delete a chat
Hover over the chat in the panel and click its menu (Chat options).
Choose an action:
Rename lets you type a new title; press Enter to save it. Pin keeps the chat at the top of the panel under Pinned; Unpin puts it back. Archive moves it out of your list without deleting it. Delete removes the chat and all its messages.
Archiving shows Chat archived with an Undo button. Deleting asks you to confirm in Delete this chat?, because a deleted chat can't be brought back.
Use the Chats page
Click View all chats to see every chat in a table with its number of Messages, Last activity and when it was Started.
- Type in Search chats to filter the list.
- Switch between Active and Archived chats. Open Archived and choose Restore to bring a chat back.
- Tick several chats to Pin, Archive, Restore or Delete them in one go.
- Click New chat to start a conversation.
WhatsApp chats
Questions you ask Smart Auditor on WhatsApp are kept apart from your web chats, under WhatsApp chats. Use Number to see the chats from one phone number. WhatsApp chats can be archived or deleted, but not renamed or pinned.
If your plan lapses
Without a plan that includes Smart Auditor, you see Smart Auditor is paused. Your saved chats and archives stay readable, but you can't ask new questions or follow-ups until the company is on Plus, Pro or Max again.
Tips
- Chats belong to the company you're working in. Switch company to see that company's chats.
- In a long chat, scroll up to load older messages, and click Jump to latest to get back to the end.
- Archive old chats instead of deleting them if you might need the answers later.
