Settings in the firm's left rail holds the settings for the firm itself: its profile, team, plan, audit trail and deleted items. Most of these pages are for firm owners and admins.

              General

Settings → General has three tabs:

              • Firm Profile — edit the firm's Phone Number, Billing Email and logo (PNG or JPG, up to 2MB), then click Save. The firm name, firm email, firm slug and client company count are read-only.
              • My Profile — your own details.
              • Team Access — a shortcut to Manage users.

              Users and roles

Settings → Users lists your firm's members with their Role, Clients and Status, which is Active or Invite sent. Filter by role or status, or search by name, email or phone.

              • Click New member to invite people. See Setting up your CA firm.
              • Click a member to see their details, choose their client companies under Client access, and click Save access.
              • Use the menu at the end of a member's row to change their role, or click Remove member. Removing someone also unassigns them from their client companies.

Firms start with the roles Firm Owner, Firm Admin, Manager, Staff and Auditor. By default, Firm Owner and Firm Admin see every client, while the other roles see only the clients assigned to them.

To change what a role can do, open the Permissions tab:

              1. For each role, set the Scope (All clients, Assigned clients or No clients) and the In-books access (None, View only or Full).
              2. Switch individual capabilities on or off. Any capability a choice depends on is switched on for you.
              3. Click Save changes.

To add a custom role, click New role, enter a Role name, choose its Scope, Company-level role and In-books access, pick what to Start from, and click Create role. The menu on each role lets you edit, duplicate or delete it, or view its members.

              Billing & Payments

Settings → Billing & Payments shows the firm's CURRENT PLAN, its trial or renewal date, and Feature usage pooled across your client companies.

              1. Click Manage plan.
              2. Choose a plan and click its upgrade button.
              3. Review the amount and complete the payment through Razorpay.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period, and client books stay accessible either way. The Invoices tab lists the firm's payments, with a download for each invoice.

              Activity Logs

Settings → Activity Logs is the audit trail of firm activity and actions taken in client companies. It opens on This Financial Year. Change the date range, search by activity, user or client, or filter columns such as Category, Action, Module and Client. Click a row to see the full details, including what changed. Use the export button to download the logs as CSV or XLSX.

              Archives

A deleted Work board goes to Settings → Archives and is permanently deleted after 90 days unless you act.

              1. Find the item under Deleted items. Permanently deleted in shows the days left.
              2. Click Restore, then Yes, restore. To remove it for good instead, click Delete, then Yes, delete permanently.

Restoring and deleting need permission to manage Work boards.
